About PathFoward
Background
PathForward was founded in response to the growing homelessness crisis affecting communities across Queens, New York. After recognizing the lack of long term, holistic services available to individuals experiencing homelessness, our agency was created with the goal of filling that gap. We are committed to serving adults and youth facing housing instability by offering not just shelter, but a full spectrum of supportive services aimed at restoring independence and dignity. Whether someone is transitioning from the streets, couch surfing, or leaving unstable environments, PathForward offers guidance every step of the way.
Our Mission
It is the mission of PathForward to combat homelessness by providing transitional housing, mental health support, job training, and life skills development. Through compassionate and individualized care, we aim to help our clients rebuild their lives and achieve long term stability.
Our Vission
At PathForward, we envision a community where everyone has access to safe housing, meaningful opportunities, and the support needed to thrive. By addressing the root causes of homelessness and investing in sustainable solutions, we aim to create a future where no one is left behind.
